This was an excellent run. I felt great the whole time I was running. I had some good music and just felt wonderful. Afterwards I decided to Ride the stationary bike as well and I rode it for 10 more miles.. now I just need to add in about 1000 yard swim and I'll be doing ok.

Ran a 5k last night at the Gym Had a great time. Little hard to get going.. it took me almost 2 miles before It started feeling good. Hope this is not the case for the longer runs that i'm gearing up for.

WOW.. don't know what happened but this was one of the best runs' i've had.. it was great!!! I felt great the whole time.. I mean.. no mental pressure to stop and I was not winded at all during this run. I then got off and rode the stationay bike for 10 miles in 27 mins.. i'm trying to keep my RPM over 100..

Good job. As you mentioned the weather makes changes everything. When it nice out its fun to get out and run. Its nice to see you using the blog. I find it really helpful as a journal/training aid. Plus its pretty motivating knowing that the guys I run with are posting miles every day...so if I want to "stay in the club" I better get out and log some miles as well. There is four of us on here that are from St.George that train together for the Boston, and marathons.

I actually really think it's great that he's gone out of the blog on a high note.

I wonder if we'll ever hear from Hysol again?? Maybe he's just riding the wave of that March 27, 2006 effort off into the sunset?

I'm still here.. Still running.. Weather was wet today and I was only able to get out to run after dark so I headed to the Gym. I ran 5k on the treadmill and then another 6 miles on the stationary bike. Can't wait to get back out on the road again. The run was good. I think I have hit a turning point and my stamina has increased enough to where I don't get too winded during the 5k runs anymore.. :o)
